My main goal is to get people moving and take preventive measures to avoid health-related issues that can be avoided with healthy living (Physical activity, Nutrition, etc.)

My journey into the world of fitness began with training a close family member. When I realized the profound impact a healthy lifestyle had on this family member, I decided to help other people out. This revelation inspired me to pursue formal education and certifications in fitness and healthy living, enabling me to guide others on their path to a healthier, happier life.

Along with my bachelor's and master's degrees in Kinesiology, I hold a certification from ACSM and have extensive experience in weight loss, muscle building, and healthy living.  I also hold a certification backed by the American Medical Association as a healthy living practitioner.
